Rachael Stowasser is a senior associate in our competition practice
Rachael advises clients on domestic and global merger investigations, joint venture structuring, exclusive dealing, and complex regulatory investigations and enforcement matters. Rachael assists clients in a broad range of industries and sectors, including the commodities, infrastructure and technology sectors.
Rachael holds a Master of Laws (Competition Innovation and Trade) with distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where her studies focussed particularly on the technology sector. Rachael previously served as a Judge's Associate in the District Court of Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
