Rachael Law is an experienced litigator with a broad practice acting for government and commercial clients, in public law matters and complex commercial litigation.
She provides advice and representation to government and commercial clients in merits review, judicial review and litigated matters before various Courts and Tribunals including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the former Federal Circuit Court, Supreme Courts and the Federal Court of Australia. She has appeared on behalf of clients in interlocutory and substantive hearings in the aforementioned jurisdictions.
Rachael also assists clients respond to regulators and commissions of inquiry, including to navigate large scale production of documents and complex requests for information made under compulsion, including under Parliamentary processes and Royal Commissions.
