Rachael Law is an experienced litigator with a broad practice in contentious litigation, regulatory and public law matters. Rachael advises clients across a range of sectors in complex litigated matters before various state and federal courts and tribunals, including under the class actions regime in the Federal Court of Australia Act and in respect of regulatory actions.
Rachael also assists clients respond to federal regulators and commissions of inquiry, including developing strategies to manage interactions and any overlapping processes, and guides clients through compulsory processes under statute such as complex requests for information, witness examinations and large-scale production of documents including in Parliamentary processes and Royal Commissions.
