Priscilla Chen

Priscilla specialises in exchange traded and OTC derivatives and other financial market products, including credit and equity linked products, repackagings, prime brokerage, securities lending and repos.

She regularly advises on credit risk management, custody, settlement, collateral and netting. She also regularly advises on PRC regulatory issues arising from OTC derivatives and structured finance transactions, international regulatory matters and on issues arising from the global OTC derivatives regulatory reforms. She advises financial institutions and corporates on a broad range of cross-border derivatives and structured finance transactions in Hong Kong and Mainland China. 

Priscilla is fluent in Mandarin and English.
