Pierre Roux is a partner in our finance practice
Pierre has extensive experience in a wide range of complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on leveraged finance advising debt arrangers (including debt funds and financial institutions) and private equity sponsors. Pierre has also considerable experience on corporate finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring.
Pierre is a member of the Paris Bar.
