Phoebe has experience working in Australia and previously Singapore. Phoebe advises on a broad range of private M&A transactions including both domestic and cross-border matters and has experience working with Japanese clients investing into Australia. Phoebe works with clients across a variety of sectors, including automotive, transport and infrastructure, security and fire services, insurance, technology, renewables and real estate. Phoebe has worked with trading houses, multinational strategic investors, financial institutions and fast-growing startups and is experienced in supporting transactions from initial structuring through to completion.
