Dr. Philipp Vorbeck is a counsel in our finance practice and a member of our banking group
Philipp has worked on a range of financings, with particular emphasis on advising financial institutions in relation to leveraged acquisitions including high yield elements and unitranche structures. He has expertise in advising in the field of large syndicated loans in the London market.
Philipp is qualified in Germany as Rechtsanwalt and holds a doctorate degree in law of the University of Bonn. He started his career in a well-established English law firm, then qualified as solicitor in England and practiced in London for more than five years before transferring to Germany again in 2016.
Before joining Ashurst in 2018, Philipp worked for a leading US law firm in London and in Frankfurt for more than six years.
Philipp is qualified as solicitor in England.
