Philipp vom Dahl is an associate in our dispute resolution practice in Frankfurt
Philipp advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border disputes before state courts as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He covers a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial disputes with a particular focus on finance and capital markets.
Philipp studied law at Bucerius Law School (Hamburg) and Stanford Law School (LL.M.) as a Fulbright scholar.
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2025, Philipp worked for Dr. Thomas Winter who is admitted to representing clients in front of the German Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof). In this role Philipp drafted briefs for numerous non-admission complaints and appeals, among them several high stake disputes that were published in the Court's official collection (BGHZ).
