Philip has over 20 years of experience advising sponsors and lenders on the development and financing of renewable power, conventional power, oil and gas and mining projects and has advised on a number of first in country and first in kind cross-border transactions as well as on multi-sourced financings involving ECAs and DFIs.
He has particular experience in large scale renewable energy and energy transition transactions.
He has advised on projects across Australia, Asia, Africa and Europe.
Philip is qualified as a solicitor in Australia and England and Wales.
