Peter has over 25 years' experience advising on a wide range of Australian and international income tax matters. He has given tax advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, infrastructure transactions, structured finance and capital market matters, private equity and fund structuring, international tax planning, due diligence, group restructures and general corporate taxation issues.
Peter has worked with clients across a broad range of industries including the banking, property, infrastructure, defence, tourism, engineering, health, IT, telecommunications and general manufacturing sectors. He has worked for State Governments in relation to privatisations and has also advised State owned enterprises.
Peter provides clients with strategic insights into dealing with tax risk, optimising tax structuring and developing effective solutions to tax problems.
