Peter advises on fund formation transactions for new and established fund managers and has extensive experience advising institutional investors making investments into private investment funds.
Peter has spoken at a number of industry events, including at a PRI event in London and the Responsible Investment Forum in Berlin. Peter recently moderated an LP perspectives panel at the 0100 Private Equity conference in Dublin.
Peter is dual qualified in England and Wales and the Republic of Ireland.
