Penny Chamberlain is an associate in our dispute resolution practice

Penny has a broad contentious financial services practice focused advising financial services firms and senior individuals in relation to internal and regulatory investigations.

She has experience of advising firms in relation to investigations involving risk management systems and controls, senior management duties and governance, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

She has undertaken secondments in the contentious regulatory team of a large retail bank, and the non-contentious regulatory team of a large investment bank.
