Paul specialises in corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. He regularly advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures and financings, and in relation to their general corporate affairs.
Paul is a Rechtsanwalt registered in Germany (Frankfurt am Main) and registered as European lawyer in Luxembourg. He speaks English, German and French.
