Paul has extensive experience guiding multinational companies through complex issues in relation to their international operations across the energy and resources sector, including M&A, project development, trading arrangements and infrastructure access.
For over two decades, Paul has advised on projects at the forefront of structural reform across the energy and resources sector. His broad practice spans all aspects of project structuring, development, regulation and delivery enabling him to bring transferrable knowledge and skills to the forefront in development of new energy projects.
