Paul Dawson

Paul is a counsel in our Projects and Digital Economy team in the US, with over 10 years of international experience spanning a wide range of corporate and commercial work with a digital infrastructure and technology focus.

Before working in the US, Paul advised clients in London, Sydney and Singapore, as well as being a senior counsel for a tier 1 fiber network provider and also leading WPP's legal M&A team for the APAC region. Paul has significant cross-border experience and is familiar with project structures and issues that arise in major global transactions. He handles a variety of corporate and commercial matters for multinational technology companies for transactions within the US, including formation of business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, compliance with US laws, customer contracting and foreign investment review.
