Patrick Boyle

Patrick specialises in infrastructure projects and project financing, with particular experience of PPP across the infrastructure sector, including education, health, transport and accommodation.

His clients include the UK Government, funders, sponsors and contractors. In the last 12 months, Patrick has advised on nationally significant educational projects including the £700m Priority School Building Programme, the £4bn Thames Tideway Tunnel infrastructure programme, the M11 PPP road project in Ireland (the first project bond in Ireland) and the N25 PPP project in Ireland.
