Patricia Wade is expertise counsel in our digital economy practice
Patricia specialises in commercial and contractual issues, in particular contract interpretation and drafting, liability issues, and execution of documents, applicable to a wide range of sectors. She is responsible for the technical excellence of the lawyers in her team and throughout the firm and regularly provides training for colleagues and clients.
Patricia worked as a consultant for the firm between 2018 and 2020 and had an in-house counsel role elsewhere between 2020 and 2023.
