Patricia Allen is a partner in our tax practice

Patricia has been advising on tax for over 30 years and has a practice that covers a wide variety of tax structuring and fund related tax matters. Patricia has a particular focus on fund taxation including fund establishment, carried interest structuring, investor taxation and the structuring of underlying transactions. Recently Patricia has advised on a property finance fund with a Qualifying Asset Holding Company, and a number of Luxembourg based real estate and debt funds. Patricia also has a particular interest in management incentivisation structures and private equity and venture capital transactions.
