Olivia is admitted in England & Wales and advises on a wide range of competition and consumer law matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations, market investigations and competition law compliance, as well as foreign direct investment regulations. Olivia has experience advising clients on matters before the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and UK sectoral regulators including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). She has particular expertise in the retail, financial services and media sectors.
