Oliver is an economist in the competition and EU law department in London providing economic advice and analysis in relation to a range of competition matters. Oliver has provided advice on merger control matters in various jurisdictions including the UK (Phase 1 and Phase 2) and the EU. Oliver also has experience advising on market studies, abuse of dominance and competition litigation proceedings before the CAT.
Oliver has acted for clients across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, transport, oil and gas, telecommunications, financial services, retail markets and healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
