Nilesh is an Associate in our Digital Economy Transactions practice in London. Nilesh has experience advising on a wide variety of data protection, cybersecurity and AI matters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a particular focus on clients in the FinTech sector.
Nilesh has also spent nine months on client secondment at Google DeepMind, advising on data privacy, commercial, and IP risks across a wide range of AI and machine learning initiatives, including in the areas of generative AI, foundational research, and video gaming.
