Nigel has over 40 years' experience advising on leveraged finance, infrastructure finance and restructuring transactions. He has particular expertise in cross border transactions and transactions involving complex intercreditor relationships. He also regularly advises debt funds on strategic debt purchases.
Nigel is listed as a leading individual in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. He is also a member of the Financial Law Sub-Committee of the City of London Law Society.
