Nicole is an environment and planning lawyer with experience in planning approvals, environmental licensing, contaminated land, incident management / enforcement matters and administrative law. Nicole acts for both private and public sector clients including major corporations, developers, individuals and the NSW Government.
Nicole has carriage of a wide range of litigation in the Land and Environment Court of NSW and appellate Courts, including compulsory acquisition of land and compensation appeals, judicial review proceedings and merits review proceedings. Nicole is also experienced in acting for major corporations in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions relating to environmental incidents.
