Nicole is a skilled and seasoned litigator with over 15 years' experience advising on the strategic management and resolution of substantial and complex claims and disputes.
She has extensive experience acting for public and private sector clients in the energy and resources, property, construction and infrastructure, and financial services and insurance industries.
Nicole's diverse experience includes acting in complex disputes including judicial review proceedings, contractual claims, ASIC investigations, directors' duties, injunctions, Corporations Act litigation, misleading or deceptive conduct and shareholder disputes.
