Nicola Toscano is a counsel in our energy and infrastructure practice
Nicola's practice focuses primarily on the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects.
He regularly acts for a wide range of domestic and foreign borrowers and financiers on complex and innovative transactions and has provided assistance in connection with some of the most important infrastructures and renewable energy projects.
Nicola has worked also as in-house counsel for the Corporate Banking Business lines of an international banking institution and before was seconded to the Ashurst London office for a finance transaction.
He graduated in law at the Bocconi University and is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
