Nicholas Moore is a partner in our banking practice
Nicholas advises banks and corporate clients on a range of both international and domestic finance transactions. Nicholas specialises in particular in investment grade syndicated and bilateral loan financing transactions, including event-driven financings.
He has acted for the arrangers on financings for, among others, Applegreen plc, Travis Perkins plc, Greggs plc, Go-Ahead Group plc and Meggitt plc. Borrower-side roles have included, among others, acting for Lundin Energy, ICG and bp on a variety of jumbo financing arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.
Nicholas has acted on a number of sustainable finance transactions and is at the forefront of LIBOR transition developments, having acted on debut SONIA, SOFR and IBOR rate switch loan facilities for both arrangers and borrowers.
Nicholas has spent significant periods of his career on client secondments to RBS, Citi and bp.
