Nick advises private creditors and other alternative lenders, banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex, cross-border leveraged finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure. His experience includes advising clients in respect of direct lending, leveraged buy-outs, first-lien / second-lien and mezzanine loans, holdco PIK financing, portfolio acquisitions, restructurings and distressed and other special situations. Nick also has significant experience with pre-EBITDA financings.
