Nicholas Holmes is a senior consultant in our corporate practice
Nicholas is a Senior Consultant in the firm's equity capital markets practice. He has considerable experience advising both corporate clients and investment banks on the full spectrum of equity, M&A and corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Ashurst, Nicholas worked at Freshfields. In 2005, he spent nine months at Goldman Sachs working in Capital Markets. He is ranked in Band 1 for Capital Markets by Chambers and as a leading individual by Legal 500.
Nicholas also has experience in a wider range of company and commercial work, including outsourcing, corporate/business acquisitions and joint ventures. He also advises listed and unlisted companies in relation to directors duties, Companies Act requirements, corporate governance and securities laws.
