Nick has in depth knowledge of the construction matters relating to international project financed infrastructure and power projects. He advises sponsors and funders on international thermal and renewable power projects and has particular experience of power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, offtake agreements, shareholder and debt structures and negotiating EPC and O&M agreements.
