Nick advises banks and other financial institutions on a range of derivative and corporate and securities transactions, with a focus on structured products. Nick counsels a number of major banks in the United States in respect of their offerings of both SEC registered and non-registered structured products tradeflow together with related regulatory and other matters.
He also has extensive experience in advising and negotiating over-the-counter derivatives documentation for both buy and sell side clients, including trade-level documentation on equity, index, currency, commodity and other derivative transactions. Nick also advises on a range of other bespoke structured transactions.
Nick has been recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers USA as "Up and Coming" in Capital Markets: Structured Products and was named a Top 10 Influential Structured Products Lawyer by Business Today in 2023.
Nick is admitted to the New York State Bar.
