Neele advises national and international clients on various regulatory matters. She focuses on tenders, disputes with governments and permitting.

She helps clients navigate energy transition topics and sustainability matters.

Neele studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany and University of Florida (Gainesville, FL, USA) and holds a doctorate from the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer, Germany. Prior to joining as an Associate, she spent the last part of her legal traineeship at Ashurst.
