Nathan Huynh is a senior associate in our U.S. finance practice
Nathan advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of syndicated and bilateral financings, often involving cross-border elements, including leveraged and investment-grade loans, acquisition financings, letter-of-credit transactions, subscription facilities, asset-based loans, insurance company financings and debt restructurings.
Nathan also regularly advises corporates and sponsors on cross-border mergers and acquisitions where the target is a U.S. company, as well as advising on general U.S. corporate matters.
Outside his practice, Nathan also leads the Ashurst New York Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Nathan was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
Nathan is admitted to the New York State Bar and qualified to practice in New South Wales, Australia.
