Natalie is a Senior Associate in the London employment team and provides commercially focused advice on all aspects of employment law.
Natalie has experience in advising national and international businesses with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures, redundancies, poor performance management and sickness absences. Natalie has experience advising businesses on employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements. Natalie also advises on a wide variety of transactional employment law matters for both buyers and sellers and has experience in advising on both business and service provision change TUPE transfers.
