Monique is a commercially minded lawyer with over 13 years of professional services experience in the government and private sector encompassing infrastructure projects and procurement in the transport, rail and energy sectors. Her expertise includes all stages of procurement and project delivery, from project documentation/contract development and design to market engagement, evaluation, negotiation and execution.

As a government specialist, her major project experience includes acting for government on the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project, the Melbourne Metropolitan Rail Franchising Project, various rolling stock procurements, the Auckland Rail Franchise, and the Victorian myki Ticketing System Services Contract Project.

Monique is a qualified lawyer in Australia (Victoria), holding a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications) from University of Melbourne and also a Bachelor of Music (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
