Miran is a disputes lawyer, specialising in product litigation and product risk (safety and regulatory compliance). Her work spans across a number of sectors including automotive, chemicals, cosmetics, consumer goods, food and life sciences.
Miran has extensive experience in dealing with matters with a multi-jurisdictional element across the full product lifecycle from product launches, due diligence, ongoing compliance, advertising, consumer rights and remedies through to recalls. Miran also assists in complex litigation, including some of the most significant product-related class actions in Europe.
Miran regularly contributes to sector publications including the Chambers Global Practice Guides, International Comparative Legal Guides, LexisNexis and Practical Law Practice Notes. She has a particular interest in ESG and is active in thought leadership, including speaking at the ICPHSO Symposium on the topic.
