<p><span>Michelle has over a decade of experience advising project developers and funders of energy projects, particularly in the waste, biomass, solar and wind sectors.</span></p><p><span>Michelle has a particular focus on the development of energy transition and waste projects through to financial close.&nbsp; This includes acting on a number of EfW, AD and biomass projects in the UK for sponsors such as Aviva Investors, Macquarie (GIG), FCC, Iona Capital, SSE, CIP, Encyclis, Enfinium and Brockwell Energy.</span></p><p><span>Michelle has extensive knowledge of a range of commercial contracts (including construction, operation, grid, power purchase, heat offtake and fuel supply arrangements), as well as regulatory and corporate matters, across a range of technologies.</span></p>
