Michael is a leading lawyer in Western Australia for environment (including climate change), planning and related issues.
He works with clients to develop projects, manage operations and liabilities and complete commercial transactions. He particularly assists with interaction with government and community stakeholders.
His expertise includes with legal issues associated with building, clearing, climate change, contamination, electricity, heritage (Indigenous and non-indigenous), local government, native title, planning, renewable energy, waste, water and other government regulation.
Through his career Michael has developed extensive knowledge and experience in these areas, working on some of Australia and Western Australia’s most significant projects and with leading clients.
