Michael Miranda is a partner in our corporate practice

Michael focuses on private equity, acting for private equity sponsors, growth capital investors, corporates, portfolio companies, founders and management teams.

He has extensive experience in a wide variety of UK, European and transatlantic transactions, including buyouts, growth capital investments, M&A, bolt-on acquisitions, minority investments, carve-outs, corporate restructurings and management incentive schemes.

His work has led him to build experience in a broad range of sectors (e.g. consumer, financial and business services, healthcare, impact, education, manufacturing and industrial); in particular, he has significant experience in technology (e.g. software, cybersecurity, fintech and digital currency) and investing in, and advising, high growth technology companies.
