Michael advises on income tax matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and fund structuring. Having started his career at one of the Big Four firm’s international tax and transaction services teams, Michael has been involved notable domestic and cross-border transactions.
Michael has experience advising on a range of private capital and corporate transactions. His expertise includes advising on tax structuring, tax due diligence, tax-related transaction documentation issues and international tax.
