Michael has experience across a broad range of real estate matters, including high value acquisitions and disposals as well as development projects, financing and letting transactions. A particular area of focus is advising on co-investment agreements and operational management structures, including real estate joint ventures, private equity investment and associated commercial contracts.
Michael has particular experience in the alternative real estate sector including senior living, purpose built student accommodation, hotels, sports developments and data centres. He has acted for various stakeholders at different stages in the operational real estate cycle.
In addition, Michael has a keen interest in machine learning and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the real estate sector.
