Meriem is a lawyer focussing on project structured financing and financial regulation.
Meriem holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Master’s degree in Corporate law from Dauphine University and a Master of Laws Arab Countries' Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Meriem was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and speaks French, English, Italian and Arabic.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Meriem worked in international law firms in Morocco.
She is recognized by Legal 500 as rising star and key lawyer in banking, finance and capital markets.
