Melanie has wide experience of all forms of real estate work, acting for investors, property companies, corporates, developers, banks and pension funds in connection with their disposals, acquisitions, developments, pre-lets and financing of all classes of real estate. 

Melanie has particular experience acting for developers in connection with logistics sites and on large residential lead regeneration schemes and is also highly experienced in acting for overseas investors investing in both investment and development projects in the UK.
