Megan is a member of the restructuring and special situations group in Ashurst's Melbourne office. She has broad experience in both front end and back end restructuring and insolvency, including formal appointment work (receiverships, administrations and liquidations), debt restructuring and advising boards, creditors, debtors and banks on a variety of insolvency related matters across a variety of industries. Her experience has included assisting insolvency practitioners, affected creditors and board of directors to navigate complex, high-profile and high-pressure restructurings.
Megan also has experience in-house at a financial services provider in London.
