Maxime advises on issues pertaining to financial services law and regulatory issues specifically. Focus areas include drawing up and submitting authorisation files for financial institutions, compliances issues notably internal control, anti-money laundering and corporate governance of the regulated entities. He also advises on procedures of financial institutions such as distribution/marketing of financial instruments, contractual documentation and conduct of business rules. He acts on behalf of financial institutions with regards to the structuring and documentation of OTC derivatives on different types of underlying assets.
