Max Strasberg is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team in Ashurst’s London office
Max has over a decade of experience focusing on competition litigation and collective actions both on the claimant and defendant side, including providing strategic defence advice in relation to anticipated or threatened competition claims.
Max has advised clients in high-stakes litigation arising from cartel infringements relating to Auto Parts, PU Foam, High Voltage Power Cables, Interchange Fees, Trucks and Maritime Car Shipping, as well as several standalone abuse of dominance claims.
Max also acts for claimants and defendants in competition class actions and is currently representing Telefonica in the 'Loyalty Penalty' class action and proposed class representative Clare Spottiswoode in a proposed class action against Motorola concerning the 'Airwave' emergency services communications network.
