Matthew advises on corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, pre-initial public offering investments and compliance matters for listed companies in Hong Kong. He advises clients across a range of industries with recent experience in the biotechnology and supply-chain sectors. He also has experience in advising clients on various aspects of TMT-related matters.
Matthew is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
