Matthew is an expert in the development, acquisition, financing and refinancing of energy and infrastructure projects.
He has extensive experience working with sponsors, borrowers and financial institutions across a range of sectors such as renewables, social infrastructure, transport, utilities and oil and gas. He has advised clients in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and the USA.
Matthew has particular expertise in project financing and has advised on numerous landmark and first of kind deals for infrastructure and large-scale renewables assets.
