He has a depth of experience in the policy formulation, development and delivery of major capital projects, having spent circa 20 years developing and delivering major infrastructure and property projects to enhance the productive capacity of the economy.</span></p><p><span style="display: inline !important;">Matthew has held several senior executive roles within central government, large delivery agencies, an equity sponsor investing and securing limited recourse project financing, and in combination with his prior experience as a financial adviser in the private sector, has a core specialisation in complex projects that incorporate private finance, working across the full project lifecycle.<br /><br />His experience spans multiple sectors, including transport, health, education, housing and water, and he has made a significant contribution to the policy landscape for public capital investment.</span></p><p><span style="display: inline !important;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="display: inline !important;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="display: inline !important;">&nbsp;</span></p>
