Mathew is a skilled expert in procurement and contracting, specialising in advice to clients on digital economy transactions and programs. He has advised on some of the most significant Australian Government initiatives, also acting for clients internationally in regulated industries such as healthcare, telecommunications and financial services. He regularly undertakes privacy impact assessments for Australian Government and State Government clients on major projects.
