Martin Eimer

His practice spans a broad spectrum of commercial matters covering disputes & risk management services, litigation and arbitration.

Martin has particular expertise in dealing with complex, international construction and engineering projects in the infrastructure, energy and plant and equipment manufacturing sectors.

He has also acted on some of the major mass actions in Germany in recent years across a range of sectors.

Martin studied at the Universities of Cologne, Munich and Regensburg (Dr. jur.) and at the University of Edinburgh (LL.M.). He has been admitted to the bar in Germany in 2004 and has been a Certified FIDIC Adjudicator since 2018.
